This course describes the skills and knowledge required to operate a Slewing Mobile Crane including: as planning the work, conducting routine checks, and setting up the crane, transferring loads in a safe manner, mobile loads, and shutting down and securing the crane.

Non Slew Mobile Crane.  This unit specifies the outcomes required to operate a mobile crane of greater than 3 tonnes capacity that incorporates a boom or jib which includes articulated type mobile cranes.

Over Head Gantry Crane This licence class includes bridge and gantry cranes that are controlled from a permanent cabin, control station or remotely controlled with more than three powered operations.
